Materials for custom furniture
We make the body from laminated chipboard or laminated MDF 16, 18 or 25 mm thick, and for heavily loaded structures we add a metal frame of profile tube with powder coating. Transparent and decorative parts are made of acrylic and tempered glass 6-10 mm.
We cover the work surfaces of reception desks and bar counters with HPL laminate or artificial stone: they resist moisture, scratches and load in high-traffic areas. For premium fronts we use veneer and solid oak, beech or ash. We choose front colors from the RAL catalog.
Lead times by product type
A batch of furniture in Tashkent takes 10 to 30 days to make. Items made of laminated chipboard are built faster, while veneer, curved fronts and artificial stone need more time for milling and finishing. We fix the exact lead time in the contract after measurement and project approval. Benchmarks by type:

Measurement, design and installation
The surveyor visits the site and records dimensions, utilities and fixing points. Based on the measurements, the design engineer prepares drawings and a 3D visualization, and you approve them before production starts. Then we make the furniture, deliver it and install it with our crew on site.

Can a logo be applied to a display case or brand zone?
Yes. We apply a logo to brand zones and display cases and paint the fronts in a color from the RAL catalog. Before production starts you approve a 3D visualization, so you see the result in advance.
Do you come out for measurement, and how much does it cost?
The surveyor travels across Tashkent and the surrounding region. Measurement is free when you order manufacturing.
Can I order a non-standard shape or size?
Yes. Showrooms and brand zones need non-standard shapes, corporate colors and logos, and we make them from a combination of laminated MDF, acrylic, metal frame and HPL. We fit the dimensions to the space.
