Making POS Materials in Tashkent
Small POS carriers work on the shelf, at the checkout and in the window: they tell the shopper where to look and strengthen the effect of a promo campaign. In Tashkent we make wobblers, shelf talkers, stoppers, price tag holders, table tents, menu holders and signs for stores and retail chains.
We choose the format for the specific place: a shelf, a window or a checkout zone. We take into account visibility, the method of attachment and service life, so that the item survives not only the start of the promotion but also the first cleaning in the store.

Which POS Materials We Make
The parameters of the main small carriers are given below. Stoppers, price tag holders and signs are made to your size, and other formats and materials we discuss when preparing the quote.
- Wobbler from 300 g/m² cardboard, 80×120 mm, run from 500 to 50 000 pieces
- Shelf talker from 3 mm PVC, 390×90 mm, run from 200 to 10 000 pieces
- Table tent from 3 mm acrylic, 100×150 mm, run from 100 to 5 000 pieces
- Menu holder from 0.5 mm PET in A4 or A5 format, run from 200 to 20 000 pieces
Printing Methods and Finishing
We use three printing methods. Offset suits large runs on cardboard and renders Pantone colors accurately. UV printing goes directly onto rigid sheets of PVC, acrylic and PET without mounting. Screen printing gives a dense covering layer and withstands abrasion, so it is chosen for items that are handled often, for example cart handles and branded trays.
After printing, items go through die-cutting with a die made for your item, creasing and lamination, matte or gloss. If needed, we assemble them and attach magnets, 3M tape, Velcro or foot stands.
Runs from 100 to 50 000 Pieces
The minimum batch depends on the item: from 100 pieces for three-dimensional structures and from 500 pieces for small ones such as wobblers. Batches of up to 500 pieces are printed digitally and by UV without printing plates, which is convenient for a trial placement at 10-20 retail points.
From 3 000 pieces we switch to offset, and the unit cost drops 2-4 times compared with digital printing. We control cardboard density of 300-450 g/m², PVC gauge and acrylic thickness for every batch, so that items from different runs look the same.
Layouts and Lead Times
We accept files in PDF, AI and CDR with 2-3 mm bleeds and a CMYK color profile. If there is no ready design, we lay it out following the brand book or the chain's guidelines.
Small carriers are ready in 2-5 working days: wobblers in 2-3, shelf talkers in 3-4, menu holders in 3-5. A batch of 5 000 wobblers with offset printing and die-cutting is done in 3 days, and 500 acrylic table tents with UV printing and bending take 4-5 days. We write the lead time into the specification before the start, so that the promotion begins on the appointed date.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum run I can order?
From 100 pieces for three-dimensional structures and from 500 pieces for small items such as wobblers. Small batches are printed digitally and by UV, so printing plates are not needed.
What files are needed for printing?
A layout in PDF, AI or CDR with 2-3 mm bleeds and a CMYK profile. If there is no layout, we create it following the brand book or the chain's guidelines.
At what run does it make sense to switch to offset?
From 3 000 pieces: the unit cost falls 2-4 times compared with digital printing. Up to 500 pieces we usually print digitally and by UV, with no plate costs.
