Retail fixtures show the product at the point of sale: floor displays, promo stands, racks and zoning structures make a brand stand out among its neighbors in the hall. We produce them at our own facility in Tashkent for stores and retail chains.

During development we think through the structure, stability and ease of servicing: a stand should be simple to assemble, restock and replace, and the solution must fit your product range.

Which Structures We Make

Typical parameters of the three main structures are given below; for another size we calculate separately. Besides them, we make cardboard standees, promo stands and solutions for zoning the sales floor.

• Floor display made of micro-flute board, 400×300×1500 mm, run from 100 to 3 000 pieces
• Pallet skirt made of micro-flute board, 1200×800×1200 mm, run from 100 to 2 000 pieces
• Promo stand made of 5 mm PVC and acrylic, 500×400×1600 mm, run from 100 to 1 000 pieces

Materials and Service Life of the Equipment

The material sets the lifespan of the item. Micro-flute board is designed for a campaign of 2-8 weeks: it is used for displays, pallet skirts and standees. It is light and takes full-color printing over the whole area, so it suits quick changes of merchandising.

For permanent merchandising we use PVC 3-5 mm, PET and acrylic; such items last from 1 to 3 years. PVC keeps its shape and withstands wet cleaning and temperature swings near checkouts. Acrylic and PET give transparency and gloss for cosmetics, alcohol and electronics. For outdoors and fuel stations we use UV-resistant inks and lamination so that the image does not fade in Tashkent's heat of up to +40 °C.

Assembly, Kitting and Delivery

Structures made of micro-flute board and PVC are cut, milled, glued and assembled at our production facility. If needed, we kit the items by store and arrange delivery.

Shipping goes to the regions of Uzbekistan. For a chain of 50-200 stores we produce the batch with uniform color reproduction and identical material calibration, so a stand from the first hundred does not differ from the last.

Lead Times for Retail Fixtures

Three-dimensional structures take 5-7 days, including milling, gluing and assembly: a pallet skirt is prepared in 4-6 days, a floor display in 5-7, a promo stand in 6-7. The lead time depends on the run size and the type of finishing, so we write it into the specification before production starts.
